"We live on a waterway so our backyard is not very large for building structures, but we had this company come out to build a screen room and the bar b que, but Kris showed us an outdoor kitchen with a dining bar that he had build for some other folks we really liked the idea and had room for one and we are happy. "Overall Dan was very professional, responsive and punctual. It is amazing when you have a vendor show up at the time promised! He was always at least 10 minutes before the promised time. Dan and Tony were able to complete the long lists of items within a few days. I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication. The guys even came to my place on a Sunday to put in a half day to meet my deadlines. Be sure to be clear when giving direction - we had a couple mistakes that had to be fixed along the way due to paint selection in the wrong areas within the property. Dan and Tony fixed the issues once addressed with no complaints. Dan went above and beyond to help me with issues that arose during the project (i.e. exchanging a damaged bathroom vanity and minor retro fitting to old plumbing). Thank you again Dan for everything! "I highly recommend Christine. She arrived on time and with her supplies. She and her assistant went above and beyond to clean my house from top to bottom! She cleaned things that I would never think to clean such as the crevices in doors, baseboards, and the woodwork over the doors. Not only did she clean, she organized under my sinks, found "homes" for items that I had sitting out that should have been put away, and was loving and friendly to my pets. I've already arranged for Christine to clean for me on a weekly basis and will be having her come help me organize and clean out my closet"

"My paragraph above pretty much explains what happened, except for this: I'm truly happy to report that my experience with Kenaco has been one of the very best I've had with ANY home improvement company, anywhere! I called Kenaco because I found them on Angie's List. I was feeling totally despondent because I had been trying to get my patio project going for about 4 weeks but have had one issue after the next with other companies that disappointed me. (They either didn't show up or were late or rude  etc.) What is amazing is that I called Kenaco and spoke with John on Thursday, June 16th. We set up an appointment for the next morning when John and his associate came over to inspect the patio. (It looked awful.) They were very professional and gave me some suggestions on the materials and colors that would work. John wrote out a proposal, and I was so impressed that I signed it and gave him a deposit on the spot. He scheduled his guy Alex to come out and start the job on Saturday morning, and the rest is history! MY ENTIRE PATIO IS ALREADY COMPLETED AND LOOKING BEAUTIFUL TODAY, JUNE 19TH! From start to finish, this job (that I couldn't get done for 4 weeks prior) was completed by Kenaco within 3 days. AMAZING! It just goes to show that when people are professional, they can make it happen. This company also screens in patios and remodels bathrooms and kitchens. They will certainly get my business from now on!"

"After several estimates we decided on Blue Water Pools because Kevin was upfront and honest with us from the beginning. We didn't get the sense he was overcharging us or being pushy. The price was fair when compared to other estimates and also came with a warranty. Kevin was quick to respond to any questions or update us on the project. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction and changed anything we were not completely satisfied with. The pool workers were polite and respectful of our property and made sure to pick up any of their trash or debris daily. I have already recommended Kevin and his team to friends and would absolutely work with them again in the future.
