"Outstanding process and finished work. I chose 3 companies from Angi's to bid. Shutter services was the middle bidder in price, but had the top of the line shutter. The other two companies were pricing a lower quality shutter. Every step went smooth, super friendly/professional, and the installation was superb and quick. I was also expecting the installation to be louder, since drilling into concrete, but even the noise was minimal. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after installation. "Perfectly is the best description.  Due to the scope of the job, it took 2 very full and long days for them to complete the job. But now my home is fully protected from hurricanes. (I also bought impact resistant garage doors, but not from this company because they don't sell them,) 
After having an in-home consultation, I went to the company's showroom/production facility, and got a tour of their headquarters.  I learned probably more than I needed, but I was about to spend a great sum of money, and wanted to check out the company in advance.  I needn't worry: their installation was flawless. 
They arrived on time, a team of 2 men, who promptly went to work setting out their materials and tools.  They were also dressed appropriately, showing respect.  I watched them install some of the accordion shutters, and saw the workmanship as they removed and then installed the new impact resistant glass at the front door and n the kitchen.  Once the job was completed, they taught me how to operate each shutter, waited patiently as I tested out each panel shutter, and we closed and then re-opened all of the accordion shutters on the house. 
As they recommended, a year after the installation, I hired them to service the shutters:  they close and re-open the accordion shutters, lubricate the moving parts, and remove and reinstall the screws in the ground to ensure they'll work properly when needed. I could have done this myself, but I preferred to leave it to the professionals. 
I have highly recommended this company to everyone who mentions hurricane protection.  They are dependable, professional, certainly cost-efficient, honest, and I would definitely hire them again if I move.

"It is my pleasure to write a review for this company. Our Condo in Lighthouse Point, Fl needed old accordion shutters removed and replaced. This company was recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Office staff were courteous and pleasant whether over the phone or on our visit to the office. The owner, Robin was wonderful to work with and obviously customer oriented. Any minor issues were quickly resolved by her. Her expertise both in running this type of business and the actual fabrication and installation aspects were impressive The fabrication of shutters, permit process, etc, are all under one roof. We were told the date and time of installation and at the appointed time the doorbell rang. Our installation crew were: Junior, T(Terrance), and Joshua. Polite, soft-spoken, worked well as a team and obviously knew what they were doing. Old shutters were removed quickly. New shutters installed in a timely fashion. Cleanup up was excellent. Contract price was very fair and shutter material high quality. This company also does doors. I would use them again without hesitation, and that includes any type of construction or fabrication allowed under their Contractors License. Highly recommend."
