"Outstanding process and finished work. I chose 3 companies from Angi's to bid. Shutter services was the middle bidder in price, but had the top of the line shutter. The other two companies were pricing a lower quality shutter. Every step went smooth, super friendly/professional, and the installation was superb and quick. I was also expecting the installation to be louder, since drilling into concrete, but even the noise was minimal. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after installation. After numerous calls and appointments with other companies who only wanted to sell me impact upgrades and clearly told me what I had was unrepairable, Alex came in and within minutes assured me the shutter could be repaired. From my first dealings with the operator at the Gulfstream office, to the salesman, measuring team, installers and a personal call from the owner Barbara after the installation to make sure we were happy, our dealings with Gulfstream Shutters was 1st Class all the way!!!
The installation crew they sent us worked non-stop for 3 1/2 days in high humidity and 90s temps to get the job done. They were professional, courteous, respectful and hard working.
IT JUST DOESN'T GET BETTER THAN THIS!!!
