They carefully removed the patio pavers in about 12 different spots, drilled through the underlying slab, applied the expanding foam to fill in empty or weak pockets that had formed over time next to our pool, and then cleaned up and replaced the pavers so well that you cannot tell that any work had been done. "Titan is an impressive company for several reasons: (1) They successfully replaced a 4" gutter built into my pool enclosure with a 7" gutter. To do that, they had to remove the enclosure from the house, shorten the girders to accommodate the wider gutter, replace the old with the new gutter, and reattach the girders and screen -- a huge undertaking. The finished product is perfect. (2) I got quotes from several companies and Titan was the only one that offered 7" gutters. Moreover, their quote was the same as 5" gutters from other companies. (3) They recognized that I needed additional drainage lines installed, whereas other companies overlooked that. (4) Ben Miller and his crew are a pleasure to work with, professional, quality oriented, and punctual. They really know what they're doing. I highly recommend Titan."

"Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"I placed a call to Dennis on the recommendation of our property manager who has used his services several times in the past. He responded to my voicemail later that afternoon, gave me his cellular number and arranged to come by to give me an estimate. He arrived on time as scheduled, and I showed him the guest bedroom, living room, as well as the stairwell from the first to the second floor, as well as the one from the second to the third floor which was particularly high and difficult to access. I also needed some areas touched up with paint I already had, and a niche in the living room that needed to be painted. He looked everything over determined how much time would be needed, and used a photoelectric mechanism he had to match the paint color perfectly. He was pretty much booked for the month of November, but put us in to have the work done the 2nd week of December. Early the next month, as promised, he called and asked if the week of December 10th would be OK, so that's when the work began. His 2 painters, randy and Kenny showed up with Dennis that morning to get started. They prepared everything and got right to work. They were very pleasant and efficient, and did an excellent job. The work took 3 days, and each day they cleaned up before leaving, and were prompt in arriving in the morning. When Dennis came by on the last day to assure everything was done to my satisfaction, I mentioned that I had wood flooring installed, including in the stairways. The risers were only primed and needed to be painted. He gave me a quick estimate, which I have included in the pricing above, and said he would send either Kenny or randy out to do the job as soon as possible. This work was completed in the same manner as described above. We were very happy with their work on both occasions, and will absolutely use them again when and if the need arises."
