"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"Review of inspection and estimate bid process. This is a solid, honest, and professional company. Thank you to Ivan who came out to the property to assess a mainline leak by our sidewalk. He offered impeccable service and respect with understanding of my needs for plumbing repairs. All City came through with requested bids for both a 2 foot patch repair and a full water mainline replacement for several types of piping and methods. Ivan provided proper legal estimate contracts and scope of work details, responded promptly and courteously to all phone calls, emails and texts. As it turned out the County Public Works Department easily fixed the connector leak when repairing the sidewalk concrete and the mainline was confirmed as stable. The mainline had been replaced prior, unbeknownst to me. No extra repairs were needed. I definitely would have contracted All City to do this repair if it was necessary. Ivan is the best, very kind and polite as was the office staff and Dominic who booked the appointment. I’m glad All City is in the OC area! "We used RighTime Home Services for our new thermostat installation and they were great from start to finish. We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. The Main office was so polite when we called and stated they could have someone out on the same day which was great. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it. Trevor was fantastic!!! We could not have asked for a better technician. He was so informative and explained everything and the price was fair for today's market. Trevor walk us through the installation and made sure that our air and heat worked before he left. It's hard to find great service and we are so pleased to have worked with RighTime Home Services and will be using them again in the near future."

"I’ve had so many AC technicians through my house, and I have to say, Carlos Cetz is the best technician I’ver ever had. I’ve had him four times now, and he has solved all my problems no matter how complex, weird, or alarming. Carlos is always so calm, observant, and very, very knowledgeable. The first problem was when I had a lot of water coming out the side of my house. Carlos knew what the problem was and went to my attic. There he saw the drain wasn’t draining. He was able to drain it and found that cement, insulation, and dirt was stopping up the drain. This must have been from the time my house was built. The second problem was a problem I had called many times for and no amount of technicians could figure it out. They would say it was the door rattling, the motor was dirty, or another excuse. But Carlos did a thorough inspection and found one motor needed replacing. When I told him the noise was only on the upstairs unit, he inspected it well and said everything was in working condition. Carlos went out of his way to inspect the room where the noise was coming from. He found it was from one of my light fixtures in my study room that was making the noise due to the vibration. Sure enough he was correct. He tried getting the loose screw out, but it was too deep. I need to call an electrician for this problem, but I am so relieved. This noise was bothering me for a year and a half. I kept hearing it day and night and kept thinking something was going to break in my attic, but now I don’t have to worry about that. Carlos finally solved this annoying mystery, and I am just so grateful! The third problem was a rancid smell coming from my air conditioner vent. Due to my asthma and on-going fires around me, I had the fan going on all day and night and the air conditioner going on and off throughout the day. Carlos was able to explain how the condensation around the air conditioners work and why this situation was happening. Immediately we knew that that’s what happened. Even when I had a hard time understanding the mechanics, Carlos illustrated it so well. Carlos is so smart and a great communicator. He has a presence about him. Whenever I see him, I know my house is in good hands. He always uses a shoe cover when coming into my house, pets my barking dog so she isn’t scared anymore, covers my clothes with sheets, cleans the insulation that fell from the attic, and explains clearing what he did to solve the issue. The fourth problem was with the motor that was used to blow more air to the room farthest away and over the garage. The room gets so hot during the summer and cold during the winter. The motor kept failing to blow. Then Carlos had a creative and brilliant idea to connect it directly to the A/C and heater directly. Sorry this is so long, but this survey is way overdue and covers 4 different services. To sum up, Carlos is the best technician I have ever met.
