Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

I was concerned about a water heater replacement and he said that he wanted to see if he could repair it before we even begin to talk about a replacement. He was able to obtain the materials and put in a new hot water pipe and fittings for the water heater and WOW - hot water! He showed and explained to me about needing a water filtration system next to well water pump because sand and dirt is getting through, clogging water pipes. He also found the Rheem on demand water heater the previous owner installed is not powerful enough, so I'm having him come back to replace and install those."

"Gus was always reachable or he promptly returned my calls and made a point to keep me updated on everything. The guys did a great job repiping the house, replacing the water heater and cleaning up after themselves. My only complaint is they forgot to turn on a few water valves (to the dishwasher and the hot water heater, for example) and had to come back the next day to get them squared away. Wouldn't have been an issue if either my husband or I had a clue about this stuff, but that's why we hired the pros, right? Highly recommend Gus and his honest and hardworking crew!"
