"The electrician-Michael-was very reliable and friendly. He was responsive to our concerns regarding the stove/range outage and the garbage disposal electrical switch outage. He came the same day we called, which was on a Friday, and he fixed everything before the weekend. That was impressive. One thing I would advise is that the company should provide a written estimate for cost of services prior to the job, so that the customer can make a decision as to whether or not it is affordable. Also, they should provide a written receipt post-service with a breakdown of all services rendered. Although it was accommodating for him to do everything all on the same day, not everyone can afford higher-cost services especially in this inflated economy. So, do better when it comes to pricing, but everything else was awesome!"

To understand how it all worked. He even came back for a follow up to make sure that it was all working well and to help out with what ever issues i had.. I never had a transfer switch before this and with a portable generator i did not know how to work it. With all the power outages from fires and whatever I wanted to run my whole house with the generator. So he explained how to work it, and he showed me everything. And i'm grateful for that .
