"Troy arrived prompt & at the time frame promised. He was friendly & professional. I watched him while he was replacing my broken garage door springs. He appeared to be very knowledgeable about his expertise in the garage door field. He worked in a very safe manner. After he finished installing the springs, he showed me how to maintain the entire garage door areas. The garage door was tested and all went well. I mentioned to him that I was having problems with the motor unit & he was able to solve & repair it. The total price was very reasonable . "Shane at Rolling Garage Doors and Gates installed wood-look, insulated garage doors on our home. Our original doors were in poor condition and were improperly installed to begin with. We wanted to go with fairly high-end doors to improve the appearance of our home. Shane came to our home and reviewed options with us, and helped us select some very nice looking doors. The contract was clearly written and Shane made sure to stay in communication with us through-out the process. The most notable thing about our experience with Shane and his team was their attention to detail. Shane would not rest until everything little thing was perfect, even though this clearly meant extra time and effort on his part, showing a level of attention to detail, technical knowledge, and pride in his work that you don't often see. I would typically solicit three bids before signing with any vendor; however, I have confidence that Rick is doing right by me and have now used Archway for two independent jobs. Making the decision to replace a garage door is easy, choosing the "right' one for your home can be a little more difficult. Rick takes the time to explain the options, show you examples and help you build the perfect solution for your home. "The service went well. i gave them a C in responsiveness due to communication error on their part. I had the garage door replacement scheduled on a particular date and didnt find out they will not be performing the replacement till the day of when i had to call them and find out the date was pushed back another 4 days. I had to get off work for this but Judd and my rep did assist in compensating me right away for the error and were fantastic in rectifying the error. This showed customer service and how that means more than making a few $100. That will create a word of mouth and I would DEFINITELY recommend them."

"Ordering was very easy They actually wanted to put in the order when i first went in. Unfortunately, my garage isn't standard size so I had some one come out and measure everything. The gentleman was out a day or two later and determined it was an off sized door. Since this was a special order it took a couple weeks to get the door in. This is really ti issue i had. I was told that the door would be in on a monday and they would call me to set up a day to come out as soon as it was in. The week it was supposed to be in there was no call. I figured it would be in the next week. When I did receive a call the next tuesday I cal on wednesday am. Yes the door was in and they were out the next day (thursday). The work was done about 2 or 3 and they carted the old door away. Cost was actually about 40 dollars less than quoted. Over all a great experience with one minor glitch. <br />"
