"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"We are very pleased with our new tankless water heater. The were very professional and explained all of our options and installed the new water heater promptly. I would recommend them and use them again for all my plumbing needs."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. We are very satisfied with our solar system and I highly recommended Mega Power Electric Inc."

"Chad was very kind and knowledgeable. Did a water heater change out quick. So funny too."

"Mike replaced my water heater after it went out on me. He came with the top of the line heater and great service. He gave me a good deal on replacing the old pipes and valves as well. He even looked at a separate plumbing issue I was having. Overall, he was A!! Would definitely use again and recommend."

"Mike was very professional and explained everything in detail.Even given a very unexpected problem which no one could have foreseen - Mike knew what to do and handled it very well given the surprise. In the end, all was well and taken care of. Would hire him again. No problem."
