Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Palmer, MA

"We hired Day & Night to uninstall our old dryer and install a new gas dryer we had purchased from Lowes. These guys literally saved my holidays. Our experience with Lowes was horrible, and it turned out that the dryer Lowes “finally” delivered after 2 months was defective. The team from Day & Night was great, scheduled quickly, patient and even able to fix our old dryer and update our piping to code so we were not in a lurch because of poor service from another company. I highly recommend them, and will rely on them in the future first for advice on appliance repair or replacement."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

General handy man happy to help with all interior or exterior repairs/ replacements. Well versed in all landscaping and hardscaping at an affordable price

"The owner , John LaFleur s service was excellent. He showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable about repairing my dryer. Not once did he try to sell me a part I didn t need or diagnose anything other than the problem. I would hire John again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to repair your appliances. Look no further...very honest and trustworthy man"

"Quick response and speedy estimate. He recommended that we replace the washing machine since cost to repair. Was equal to replacement cost"

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Was in contact quickly to let me know what was wrong with my dryer and suggested I buy a new one rather than putting in the money to get it fixed. Very responsive and professional."

"It took them about 2 weeks to finally fix the issue. We had to go to the laundry mat the whole time. It started leaking again after they left, when we were told it was un-repairable. They washing machine was covered under warranty, but it took at least 2 months for the new machine to be installed from when I had the original issue. When you have an issue with any of your appliances, they subcontract out the work to a local company. The companies that they subcontract the work out to can lead to some bad experiences sometimes. It can take some time for American Home Shield to get a company to come out to fix the issues though (Sometimes days, or weeks).  I pay a $75 service fee for each time I call them. I have an annual contract with them, but I pay monthly. I sometimes wait 2 hours on the phone on hold with them, and then the line will disconnect. This is beyond frustrating when this happens. I have not had too much luck with this company."
