Get matched with top clothes washer or dryer repair or service pros in Palmerton, PA

"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"Because I had a service contract with them they were quick in responsiveness but I was disappointed to learn that my service contract only gave me a $25 discount and that the water heater that they gave me is highly rated but they did not present me with any options to choose between. They kind of said here is what you are getting. I think it would have been cheaper to not use the company I had the warranty with and purchase and then have someone else install it. The only advantage to using this company was that it got done on the same day."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."

"Everything with Luis and his team were amazing. They were quick responding, asked all the important questions and fixed the problem. He explained everything really well and even gave us some helpful advice on my specific washer. I plan on saving their info for any future problems and to give to anyone I know that needs help. I would call them in a heartbeat!"

"Had concern when we initially saw him because he physically appeared to have difficulty moving and so perhaps took longer to do the work? And he didn't look professional as he came in an older model car without any printing to indicate his business. However, he diagnosed the problem correctly and got the part needed and repaired my dryer in a week, which was satisfactory to me."

". the work was being done was  at best puzzling and cast a shadow over the entire experience. What makes this review diffulcut is that I want to give higher marks for the work that was done since we have not had any problems to date but the fact that even after they called to set up one last visit to tie up some remainig concerns they never showed up and this makes it diffulcult to have positive feelings. Questions about the supposedly HOME SURGE PROTECTION system and WARRANTY and how to handle any future issues regarding it have never been explained or paperwork supplied. When it is so hard to reach the boss it creates  an environment of distrust be it real or imagined.
