"The staff was wonderful to work with. This project was tied to repairs from Hurricane Irma. They effortlessly adjusted to the setbacks caused by construction delays, etc. Every appointment was kept and arrival prompt. They provided several recommend layouts, and never flinched through the many what if's, could this scenarios. Even when changes were later rescinded, updated designs were provided quickly. Bottom line, they made you feel they were just as invested in the project as we were. One thing I appreciated most was the accuracy of the quote, and how changes were accepted and clear communication on if it resulted in a cost adder, or reduction. Since the purchase of our home everything went wrong with the builder and we had Steve come out and do the inspection. Steve is very professional and very knowledgeable and understands building codes and adheres to the codes not the builder. He knows exactly what to look for and we felt a sense of relief after he came to do the inspection. The office Manager Sheri is his wife and was very kind and helpful. Work completed includes 3 bedrooms, living/dining area; popcorn ceilings removed, beautiful crown molding installed in all rooms; gorgeous ceiling beams installed in living/dining area; drywall repair where needed; beautiful paint job; new doors, flooring and light fixtures/fan installed. Their name fits … the rooms were transformed. They gave us a unique kitchen design that resolved a space issue in the current configuration and worked closely with us during the design and selection process. We headed to our home north just before the kitchen demo. Communication is excellent. Nick has been in constant communication with progress reports and pictures. Hurricane Ian inflicted damage on our unit. We heard from Nick the next day with a report on the damage. He’s been in constant communication, providing pictures and videos, and going above and beyond to help us deal with the damage. Dealing with the damage long distance would have been difficult otherwise. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found such an outstanding contractor."
