"I just moved into a recently renovated home and couldn't power up a brand new dryer that had just been delivered that morning. The delivery guys said that I had two days to figure out if the problem was the outlet or was dryer was defective. If it was the dryer, they would pick it up and take it back and bring a replacement at no charge, but only if the dryer was defective. The only way to know was to hire an electrician. Luckily I found Julius and called him explaining the situation and the urgency. He was here within 20 minutes! Not only did he show up fast and ready to get the job done, but he was so friendly and helpful. He diagnosed the problem right away as the outlet, which wasn't wired correctly. He explained the problem and showed me as I watched him as he fixed it. Plugged in the dryer, turned it on, and it worked! So, I just wanted to again say "Thank you, Julius!"…he was great!...I highly recommend TR & JP Handy Electricians."

I could have payed less, but decided on Hamrick because they are local and the product I think superior to others. Wasn't real happy with the time line, 3 or 4 months. Sometimes hard to get a real person on the phone. The gas contractor although excellent took I think to long. But, again couldn't be happier with the installation. The installers were stellar, very happy with their work. I wish the warranty would have been explained better other than x years on one thing and x years on a other. I really don't know what it is. Overall I give it a 4 + star."

We have had problems with both our upstairs and downstairs units over the past four years, and we were finally fed up and wanted the upstairs unit replaced. He not only gave us the best maintenance check and tune up, but he gave us some warnings about both units running so much and how we could lower our electric bill. <br> <br>We will not be going anywhere else for our HVAC needs!
