"Tool Time was absolutely fabulous. Extremely professional and thorough. From beginning until end, everything was outstanding. No detail was overlooked. This was a step down for my mother‘s home, she couldn’t be happier. It looks as though it was installed at the same time the other banister was. 100% GREAT JOB !!!"

"Karol worked as general contractor for our home remodel, which involved adding a second story on an existing single family home. Karol managed the project very skillfully, keeping it within budget and our timeline. I was particularly impressed by his integrity and we eventually came to trust him for looking out for it interests. When our initial drywall subcontractor was overbilling us and frequently absent from the job, Karol promptly called out the actions and terminated the contact. He helped us find good workarounds for some issues involving our kitchen cabinets and a new outdoor deck."

Pouria, our project manager, was great — super organized, always kept us updated, and really listened to any concerns we had. Any time we needed something or had a question, he handled it right away. The crew (Manuel, Isaí )did an awesome job. They worked cleanly, were respectful of our home, and the quality of the work shows. If parts they ordered are not up to their quality standards, Kris & Aaron find parts that match. Everything matches and looks beautiful. Even the retaining wall is gorgeous. When I wanted the tops of my gates to reflect my garage window shape, Aaron matched them beautifully. They look spectacular Natural Vibrations has one team. Because there are not separate teams with associated quality control issues, everything is always beautiful. I suspect they could do anything connected to construction. And would report honestly if they couldn’t. Because of their commitment to quality, at times I have had to wait for them. They are totally and completely worth it and are not the only construction company I will use. They are very honest; I have had no hesitation leaving them in the house or supplying them with means to enter if I am away. I recommend Natural Vibrations without reservation."
