I especially learned a lot from my conversations with office staff. On both occasions she went beyond the call of duty to actually have me send her photos of the circuit box in order to give me an idea of what I might expect with my problem; she is quite knowledgeable. Both times she was right on target. In addition, I learned a lot about circuit breakers and GFCI. If you're in need of an electrician, give them a call.
