"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer.
