"Regal, with Jim, was exceptional. The project started three days early and was completed early. They workers were on time and very professional. Jim was there almost every day, with the exception of his vacation, but his area supervisor was there. The project was completed under budget and had that WOW factor. In addition to the tile and cabinets they also refaced the bathroom cabinets and put in new base boards. We had people stop by to look at the work and ask questions about the team. Jim, the owner, has a great showroom to view projects and assist in putting together your ideas. We HIGHLY recommend Regal, as they use cabinets that are quality and made in America."

"My garage floors were in poor condition and it seemed like getting them epoxied would be the easiest option, plus I liked the aesthetics. I didn't really have a lot of time to research products and techniques so I just ended up choosing a company that I though had fair prices and had good reviews. Well long story short I kept calling them and emailing them days before I was scheduled to try to change the service date and they never responded. I was so fed up with their lack of response that I decided to waste more time finding another company instead. I hopped on yelp to send out messages to different companies about my project and Eric (owner) from First Class Coatings was the first to respond to me. Within a few minutes we were on the phone discussing my project. He gave me a lot of insight into the products they used and their techniques, and I certainly appreciated his prompt response. I still decided to get a few more quotes from other reputable companies before jumping the gun since choosing hastily caused me problems in the first place. After talking to a few more companies and gathering more information, I decided to work with Eric since we had spoken about my small project several times on the phone already, and I could feel that he was sincere and knowledgeable. I finally felt like I was in good hands and didn't expect any issues with not being called back. His crew came out Monday morning and worked all day grinding and patching up my floors and stem walls. Before they left that day the first layers were down. The next day they came back and finished up the following layers, Eric was there to inspect and wrap up. We went with a full chip floor to hide some of the more egregious imperfections, and I am very happy with how they turned out. No one needs to know how bad they looked beforehand...no one... Overall I'm super glad to have found First Class Coatings and saved myself the headache of dealing with an inferior company who won't even respond. Any homeowner can attest that contracting work is time consuming and no one wants to deal with problems, let alone paying for those problems. I'll definitely use their company for the next house we buy if we stay in AZ. Just the time I save will be worth it. Eric has been doing this for a long time and it shows. Take a look at my pictures at my awesome floors! before shot included. I loved the color, and it didn't turn out as busy as I thought it would be. But for the life of me I can't remember what it was called. A few side notes and tips 1. the flakes end up everywhere, on lawns, landscape rocks, and inside cabinets even. Be ready to vacuum the insides of your cabinets. 2. make sure you talk through the process and details with the crew that comes out if they weren't the ones you talked to in the beginning. Things get lost in translation. A joint I didn't intend to have worked on got worked on, and the toe kicks on the cabinets I asked to be done weren't. It wasn't a big deal since they just did them at the end when I pointed it out. That's a lesson for me as well since I try not to hover when people are working."

"Larry did a great job...  Called ahead to let me know he could come 30 minutes early if I wanted.  Larry quickly got to work rekeying all of the locks.  In addition, he fixed a gate lock and a Storage room door that were very difficult to use.  He lubricated all locks and was done in about an hour.

"We needed a wall demolished and rebuilt. We also needed a wider gate. Robert and his crew did an excellent job on the block wall. The gate that they custom built fit perfectly and looks great. We have dogs and Robert was very careful in making sure that through the process they could not get out. It is obvious that IEK takes pride in their work. "I’m not someone who typically feels moved to write reviews. I feel moved to write a review for CKBR, especially because I see some negative reviews. I have so much respect for this company. They completed a kitchen and bathroom remodel for us. My husband worked as a project manager for much of his career in residential remodel. With this being said, we had high expectations but also realistic expectations. I think it is very important to have realistic expectations when endeavoring on a home remodel project and I think some of the bad reviews on here stem from people who had/have unrealistic expectations. When you are doing a remodel, your home turns into a construction zone. A delay is enough to make you want to pull your hair out and scream at somebody. You want nothing more than to have your home back in a timely manner. We are all human and probably would all feel similarly in this situation. But the reality is, in the construction industry – delays happen, ALL THE TIME. My husband says, “it’s not IF there will be a delay, it’s what the delay will be”. If you are not prepared to deal with a delay or a hiccup along the way, then you should probably not get your home remodeled. I do not say that to be snarky, I say that to save you your sanity. For our project, we had two delays. We had a delay regarding countertops and then another delay that was actually caused by us. We changed our mind on the deco tile we selected. CKBR began the installation of our deco tile in our bathroom and I did not like how it looked. I chose the tile myself and it wasn’t until I saw it go up in the bathroom that I decided it wasn’t what I wanted. Don and Ray were beyond accommodating and arranged to have the interior designer make a home visit with samples to reselect my deco tile. They didn’t charge me for this (even though I gladly would have paid). The designer came out and I selected a new tile that I LOVED. We completed a change order for the cost of the new tile and I paid it on the spot. They did not charge me for the extra labor to tear out what they had done which was nice. I then got a phone call a few days later from the designer who let me know they had a bunch of the deco tile I selected in stock from something they mis-ordered months ago. She informed me that since they already had the tile in stock and paid for – it wouldn’t be as expensive as expensive as the change order I paid for. They ended up putting a credit on my account for the difference. That blew me away because I would have never know this if they were not forthcoming and they could have EASILY kept the additional money. I gained a lot of trust for them from that. Fast forward to the completion of the project, my kitchen and bathroom were completed and looked amazing. About a week after the job was done, I noticed there was some sealing that was missed on an area on the kitchen countertop. I called the office to let them know and within 3 days they had a guy out there to fix it. Everyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant and they just left a great taste in my mouth. Since then, I have recommended them to several people, one of whom (my neighbor) has actually hired them to do her kitchen. The project is currently in process and she is pleased with them as well. I wanted to show you guys some love and give you a good review because you deserve it. I will continue recommending you to all my friends and family."
