"Extremely happy with the work Ryan and his team did in our 17 yr old home. We replaced the front door and all interior doors plus hardware, the baseboards and door trim, painted four bedrooms and bathrooms plus all the doors and trim, hung new bathroom mirrors and replaced the medicine cabinets. We also repainted our existing glass doors and trim to match the new front door. In the laundry room we replaced cabinet facing, countertop and sink, plus paint. Our home didnâ t need structural work, but this surface refresh has made it look some much more modern and up to date. Ryan is very easy to work with, is an excellent communicator and delivers on his contract. He creates line-item contracts that allow for transparency and easy decision making. I already had some other work under contract when I found Ryan and he was very flexible and accommodating about working with the existing plan and the other contractorsâ delays and issues. "Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.
