"A plumber came and looked over the various jobs I needed and gave me a ballpark quote. He did say, however, that he wanted the owner (Ron) to come out and look it over too so I could be sure to get a correct bid. After Ron followed up within a couple days, I received a bid in the mail within a week and set up the date for the service. The company used subcontractors for the trench work but they were punctual and polite. I thought they would have to tear out the sidewalk but they managed to get a lot of pipe into a very small hole. They cleaned up before they left. $3200 is a lot of money, but considering some other bids ran in the $8000 range, I think it was a pretty darn good deal. Also, the clerks at the office were always very polite and helpful regarding billing and so forth."

"I called after hours to fix a leaking pipe in my basement and the plumber, Cody, did an excellent job. He was initially supposed to come over around 10pm, but he called around 8 or so letting me know he could stop by earlier. He showed up, was very personable and professional and got the leak taken care of. He also answered any question I had, and he took the time to show me where and why the pipe had failed. Hopefully I don't have any plumbing issues in the future, but I'd definitely call him again! (Cost of repairs reflects after-hours pricing)."

"Two personal references gave high marks for Wichita Heating to include one from a retired HVAC technician who used them for routine maintenance.  Obtained three proposals of which Wichita was in the middle, but included a slightly larger A/C unit.  Wichita is a family owned and operated company while the other two were larger businesses in the area.  The owner was the person who came out to do the estimate.  He was very professional and took the time to explain his proposal.  I selected Wichita based on the proposed work and the two references.  The work was scheduled for two days.  The installers were very professional and took care in protecting personal belongings around the install area.  It was a warm day so they prioritized installing the A/C which was up and running by midafternoon.  All the work was completed by late afternoon.  The installers explained the system and thoroughly cleaned up prior to leaving.  I also contract them for the annual A/C and Heater checkups.  The technicians are all very professional and always on time.  I have had no issues with any."
