He called a few days later and said he could free up his commercial crew. They could be over the next day. He supervised the install. It was incredible! Great attention to detail. Very professional. "They arrived as scheduled early in the morning. First, they called me to let me know they were on their way so I could ensure my dog was inside. Overall they appeared to have done a good job, though I noticed the cores seemed a bit short compared to what I was expecting (average core depth was around 1" to 1-1/2" instead of the 2" to 3" I was expecting). My lawn is severely compacted and bumpy and the soil was fairly dry when they aerated, so it would appear they did the best they could given the conditions. Would definitely hire them again in the fall."
