Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. We can enthusiastically state that working with, and completing our foundation project with Groundworks was a GREAT experience!"

"Our sump pump broke and the line froze, so they replaced it with a triple pump system with freeze guards that keep the water from freezing outside and blocking the line.  The new sump pump system is so much nicer, bigger, and SO quiet.  The electrician, Greg, went out of his way to find a circuit with one item on it and tied into that so we did not need any drywall ripped up...very nice. <br /> We have also been battling a basement leak for almost ten years.  Jason came and identified the problem and the required fix, then went above and beyond to make sure that all the prep work was done properly and that we were satisfied with what was about to happen, he even came and helped the guys for a while! <br /> Mel and his team came, dug up the concrete, and laid a drainage system across one wall of the basement, and took it into the sump pump.  At first, I was scared to death listening to all the jackhammering, but from the minute they walked in, the guys were so conscientious about doing everything right and without major upset to our house, it put me right at ease.  They were very fast, and the finished product looks amazing, so professional and clean. <br /> The entire experience was unbelievable, they all were so helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional.  I would recommend Thrasher, hands down, to anyone with any type of basement issue! <br /> <br />"
