"It took 3 service calls to solve the problem. 2 trips can be understandable as one trip involved replacing a defective ring, but 3 trips should not be necessary. This is especially so since a running toilet is a common problem. Also, on one of the calls their office said a service person would arrive b//t 2-4 and he came at noon. I will say on the third trip they sent 3 service personnel showing their concern."

My water heater started leaking over the weekend so I called a large regional company for an emergency service call over the weekend.
