None of them would come to my home free of charge to give me an estimate. They gave me an approximate cost and told me when they came to do the work and saw the condition of the shower, they would tell me exactly how much it would cost. Doug from Natural Stone Care came to my home to give me an estimate prior to the work being done. There was one area of the shower that needed extra work and he wasn't sure how much would need to be done, so a technician came free of charge to test the area so they could give me an exact cost. They also agreed to grout a small area of my countertop at no extra cost, so Doug came by again prior to the work being done so he could match the grout color.
