"Ever since Spectrum took over Brighthouse Network, the price of the service has gone up (18%+ this year) and the quality of the programming, cable box capability, internet consistency and service have gone down. This is supposed to be entertainment, and information, not aggravation. I was a customer for over 20 years. I am done. Time to try something different. Direct TV here I come."
