"MDTECH sent their repair tech Paul to figure out what the issue was. Paul thought it might be the rollers, and he was right. One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call. Paul knew exactly what he was doing, was easy to talk to, and did a great job as far as I'm concerned. And Yes if I need an appliance serviced or repaired my first call will be to MDTECH."

"They were professional, knowledgeable, and very punctual. Armen, a certified, licensed, and bonded technician, provided all the information I needed and repaired my 8-burner stove quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their service!"

"Old washer that became misaligned. It was a matter of deciding to buy a new washer or getting our current one repaired. Service tech made recommendations and told us the good brands and the brands that have gone down in quality. We decided to have our current one repaired. Service tech order parts and was able to repair our washer. I would recommend this company and already know who we’ll call for any major appliance repairs."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. Knowledgeable technician though."

"Excellent service. My repair person, Jorge, was terrific and knowledgeable."

"Excellent repair service on my washing machine from Nikita and great customer service! Hiring them again for another appliance. Honest and fair."

"When my mother's Whirlpool dryer stopped working I called Sick Appliance Repair and left a message. It was later in the day and I didn't expect to hear back until the next day, but Larry returned my call and said he could come out that evening after finishing another job. He arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was kind and friendly and took the time to answer questions about other issues. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others."

"Armen came by and was completely honest in telling me it was not worth repairing my washer. And he helped me by repairing something else anyway. He was prompt and easy to communicate with. Seems very knowledgeable. A+"

"Poor Communication. Angie's List told me this company will call me two days after I purchased the service. Well, guess what? I had to call them after 7 days when no one bothered to call or email me. Their reason: "you did not leave us your contact number." Hello??? Don't you have it in my AL's account? This is the only company I dealt with from AL that asked for my contact info.

Poor Service. When the technician came with only 3 small tools in one hand (may be 3 screw drivers) I thought he had no intention of cleaning my furnace according to the contract. True enough, after looking at my furnace and let it run for a few minutes he told me my furnace is defective and needs to be replaced. He was sorry to give me the bad news but he will send me a quote for a brand new furnace system. Well, guess again? The quote never came...no calls, no nothing! He was in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes. That was easy!

I ended up cleaning the furnace myself, thanks to YouTube. Now my furnace is running good and I'm enjoying my warm winter.

There is a good reason for the B Grade for this company. The only reason I hired them is proximity and low price. But as they say: you get what you pay for!
