Unfortunately, when the workers showed up the first time, someone forgot the order the siding to be delivered or the siding company forgot they had to deliver it. Then when the workers were finished, they didn't clean up that good. I found razor blades on the ground and the extra siding and materials were left. The work does look great but cleanup should also be a priority."

It looks like the fireplace was built into this stone wall! Also he replaced the wood balusters with Antique Copper metal balusters. He is/was always prompt, cheerful & courteous. Very attentive to detail and never left a mess. Never rushed his work which impressed me. I have a "punch" list from a previous contractor and plan to have Jared finish all the unfinished work this other contractor left as I believe in his work."

"This spring/summer (2018) it rained a lot and the back of my home had a leak. It was supposedly repaired by re-caulking the sunroom but when it started raining again - the leak was back. I was so confused and was lucky to find Lewis. It was so hard to find someone to come out and look at the issue. Lewis was awesome! He returned my call the same day, was honest about the timeline and was able to look at the roof in a few days. He sent me pictures and recommended the repair. I could only see the leak inside my house and I knew I had the right person when he said: "do you have a leak in the rear corner of your home?" He explained that the flashing had come loose and he also gave me advice on another issue - cracks in the chimney. He also gave me guidance on the health of my roof. As a new homeowner, it was a relief to find someone who was honest and educated me on what I needed. I'll call Lou again this spring to repair the chimney and then again when the roof needs replacing."

"I had a leak in my dining room that was originating from a second floor window. I had several companies come out to look and give suggestions on the best way to fix it. When I called Double K they said they would be out within the week to take a look. I did not have to be home when they came out. Neal sent an email to explain the best way to fix it and with an estimate. He said it would be best to trim the aluminum siding about three inches on each side, replace the flashing and then put trim around the window. I approved the work and he came out within about a week. I also did not need to be home for the work to be done. If I had not known that they were there, I never would have known work was done. The window looks great! I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future."
