When we had a unknown leak causing water to drip from the basement ceiling, he made himself available to check it out. Everything he does is done beautifully and he cleans up everything afterward. When larger jobs require other trades, he schedules them at the same time to complete the whole job so you don't have to be stuck with a hole somewhere or an unusable shower until you can get a contractor to finish the job. When he heard about our electrical troubles (and saw some for himself) he called his friend and then followed up with them to make sure it was taken care of. "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful.
