"Working with the owners was fine.  They didn't seem as organized as some of the other companies we visited, but we were referred to them by a coworker whom we trust.  We did pick a fairly expensive carpet and thick pad, so it was pricey.   The dust and noise was terrible, but the outcome was well worth it.  The carpet is beautiful and the workmanship is excellent. My husband and I are very pleased and I must admit, terrified at this point of spilling anything on the beautiful carpet.  We will be having them back to finish two more bedrooms and the basement."

I called Nip & Tuck after reading reviews & they were able to come out the next day. Jerry, owner, was very nice, thorough & did a great job. Our carpet looks great! The price was also very reasonable. We are very happy with the results."

"Guys were prompt and appeared to work quickly. They offered to put down some extra protection on the pet stains, and I agreed, but it ended up costing $20 cash (not invoiced) and all it was was something that they sprayed over the area with a plastic spray bottle. I don't think that part of it was on the up and up. Also, once the carpet was dry and we checked out the job, it turned out that they didn't move any furniture too clean underneath. I think we got scammed a bit!"

Michelle came to the house, brought samples and we sorted out all the details right then and there. I had two other highly reviewed carpet installers from Angies list come out to bid as well. They were both very competent and professional but could not come close to the Carpet Connection price and convenience. Basically I got stellar service via an in-home process without driving across town and saved three hundred dollars off the nearest bidder. The installation crew showed up early and rang the bell exactly on time. They hauled carpet up and down a tight staircase and never scratched the walls. Very professional installers and it looks fantastic. Nice attention to all the corners up there which was not easy with the multiple levels of floor and step ups and step downs. Shelly called me the day after instillation to make sure we were happy. Who does that anymore? So nice to get the best service for the best product and at the best price. <br />"
