"Excellent! I would re hire and certainly recommend Nick and crew. They cleaned up every day even when plastering. Even though it is the outside of your home, it was not new install so we used the back patio etc during the renovation. They left everything cleaned up and swept every night. 2018 was a very, very rainy summer and Nick kept us up to date with schedule etc. he is very professional and pleasant to work with.... We had a set budget and needed some guidance on tile selection, pattern ideas, etc. This is where Nick's experience comes in handy! He came out several times with samples, stood in the sun while we walked around and looked at options. He offered several cost options. We finally used his in-site and could not be happier with the outcome. He did not "up sell" in any but wanted us to be happy with outcome. Nick gave us a great suggestion for the driving ledge and steps that have created a really beautiful look to our pool. The pool is fantastic and we are looking forward to another great season this year."

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
