We used all Top of the line Gould Equipment. I probably should call Doug to replace it again because breakdowns with the water system can leave you stranded."

"There's no good month during Baltimore's summer to have your A/C fail. Should it happen to you, I can't recommend Vernon and the folks at Hamilton Plumbing more highly. The wife came home a day early from our vacation to find the A/C on the ground floor was dead. The temp was 87 inside the house. I called Hamilton from the road to make an appt and was contacted by Vernon soon after. He said he'd come by and look at the unit to see if he could troubleshoot the problem without access to the house. He called me back an hour later and said he had found two issues and replaced the parts but couldn't tell if the fix was complete until he could turn on the unit. He came back later that afternoon and checked the freon on the unit that went down and also checked the other unit for the upstairs, which it turned out was low on freon too. When he was done he explained in laymens terms what he'd found and detailed some other issues that were impacting performance but couldn't be fixed. Summation: these folks go beyond the norm to provide quality service with an emphasis on customer service. Vernon is a rock star, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Job well done."

"Henry initially was going to do the work on Memorial Day saying he worked all the time. After discovering that his supplier would not be working on Memorial Day he rescheduled to the following Friday and voluntarily knocked $200 off the price. Friday arrived and Henry & crew did an excellent job removing the old unit and installing the new unit. A week or so after installation I noticed some weird noises when the AC ran. They tracked down the problems to parts of the old system that they had not touched. System is now performing well. Would highly recommend to anyone."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Incredible service! I called Monday morning at 7am and my 12pm I had a new heater fully installed! Earl/Frank came out within an hour of my call despite being short staffed. He completed the job single-handed, only have the assistance of the parts guy to carry the heater in and over my washer/dryer. Nice guy to talk to, but most importantly, his work was flawless. "Made initial appointment 5 days in advance. On the appointment day, I phoned early afternoon to hear that my repairs had not been scheduled. Plumbers then arrived within the next hour, or so. Fixed leaking valve leading to the main line, and "snaked" bathroom sink. Took photos of tub/shower valves to order a replacement unit and gave an initial price estimate $240). After 10 days, never received a return phone call. Called office to receive a return phone calls explaining that part had not been ordered, and that there was an estimate of $625 to install a new valve unit."
