Marvin told me the names/colors of the materials that would be used so I could view before the project was started. "My family & I were very pleased by the work we had done by Remodel Max. Shout out to Wayne, Dennis, Madison, Mitch, Brennen, & Nick. I was seeing signs in our 75 yr old house that indicated to me that the house might have been sinking, so we called out several contractors. I asked each contractor to bring a structural engineer along for the inspection, & Wayne was the only one who was willing to accommodate that. He was also the only one who could see the extent our floor joists & triple beam were deteriorating, was able to list the myriad of issues we had, & in each way it needed to be repaired. He was very thorough in his inspection. The repairs to the house required us to move out of our house while they rebuilt our entire first floor (+jacking up & re-leveling the house). Mitch & his crew handled it well, to put it lightly. Each of them went the extra mile & took time to make sure everything was done correctly. Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. I highly recommend Mr. Gladstone and the Outdoor Connection Inc for outside drainage system work."

"The repair was successful and not as bad as I feared. I have called CET several times in recent years through AngiesList to do repairs. The electrician Tim arrived on time and carefully ran a few tests to determine the problem while describing to me what he was doing. It turned out to be a bad wall switch which he replaced with a new switch I had on hand. I will call CET again the next time I have an electrical problem."

"Two best things with Shawn’s work: the 3D modeling he did on the spot so we could see in advance where problem spots might arise and get a feel for the aesthetics upfront; and his willingness to shoot down ideas that were impractical or unwieldy rather than follow the “customer is always right” logic that other contractors swore by. Got the exact kitchen, countertops, counters and storage we wanted in the end, and they did ok with the warranty period to shore up minor issues. One appliance was damaged upon installation, but they took care of that expediently and it didn’t cost us anything additional."
