"Anthony Nastasi of NB Woodworks, LLc, has our highest recommendation. He has worked with us over the past year on a variety of projects aimed at refurbishing and improving our home. This has included exterior trim replacement, replacing a box window with a French door and side light unit, and replacing a large unusually sized window. He also built a beautiful mahogony deck. Indoors, he installed a french door which included fine trim work. In addition, he hired excellent subcontractors to powerwash and paint our home and build a patio, porch and walks. We highly recommend Anthony's carpentry skill, as well as his problem solving, planning and coordination skills. He is also a dependable, honest person of fine character."

"I was fortunate enough to find Magic Garage Cleaners when I was looking for a company to clean out my basement. The basement was not finished, and had 20+ years of dirt and junk all over the place. Dave and his crew cleaned out the whole basement, and then cleaned out my garage. I was so happy with their work that I had them come back and remodel my entire basement. They ripped out the old/unfinished stuff and put in new sheetrock, flooring, ceilings, fresh paint, etc. The basement looks wonderful and I now have a home gym and plenty of storage space. I hired an electrician who did all the lighting and completed the new look. I now have Dave and his crew back and they are remodeling my garage including a new roof, gutters and leaders, shelving, windows, and doors. I already have a list of other repair/remodel/painting jobs I will use them to complete. Not only do they do a professional job, they are very pleasant to deal with while doing the work. They are always on time and Dave is the most responsive person who has ever done work in my house. He is on site for the job and, if he is not on site, he is readily available by phone, text, or email. He responds immediately to any questions or concerns. It is so refreshing to have a contractor who is so responsive; so many of them disappear and don't return calls. He stays in constant contact throughout the job and does what he promises to do. Another nice touch if you can't be present while the work is being completed, Dave continually checks in with you and sends photos of the work as it is being completed. This is a reliable company that I will continue to use and certainly recommend."

"Dominick from D&J Construction just finished a screened-in, covered 20’x20’ deck for us. It’s amazing! We couldn’t be happier. Dominick deserves a lot of credit for persevering through the pandemic, which led to substantial labor shortages for him. He would usually have multiple crews going, and was down to himself and one other person through most of the construction, and did much of this work himself. Thank you Dominick! We definitely appreciate your sticking with us through this pandemic and finding a way to get this done. Dominick also dealt with significant material shortages, having to run to another state at times just to pick up additional material. Dominick does a great job in treating his customers right; he listens, is courteous, friendly and was accommodating of what we were wanting to do as well as some last-minute changes. The quality of the work was terrific, and we really appreciated Dominick’s attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the inspectors were pretty impressed as well. Dominick’s quote was very competitive, and he managed really well to that budget. Dominick is very capable, and handled a pretty large job for us from soup to nuts. He arranged an architect for us to work with, and took care of permits, inspections, managing multiple sub-contractors, and construction from footings to framing to finish work. We’ve struggled with general contractors who’ve put us in the middle of working with sub-contractors; Dominick definitely does not do that; he manages the job end to end. I’d highly recommend Dominick to anyone, especially for bigger jobs where you need an extremely capable contractor."

"Nathyn and crew arrived on the date scheduled, right on time.  He started right away completely gutting our main bathroom, but managed to cause only a minor inconvenience by creating a make-shift shower that we were able to use the next day. He tiled the tub and shower area, including the shower ceiling, which gave it a very clean, uniformed look. <br />  He also completely gutted a half bath, finishing it with wainscot, tile border and paint (look great) and partially renovated the kitchen by moving an entrance way, removing wallpaper, priming and painting the walls, installing porcelain tile on the floor and installing crown molding. <br /> In addition, he fixed a problem we had with our existing moldings around the cabinets, that plagued us for years and repaired a leaking window.  We had another problem with our heating duct work but Nathyn came up with a very creative solution to re-route  some of the ducts and get the return duct functioning.   <br /> The renovation in our family room came out beautifully because of the detailing that Nathyn did such as, building columns in the corners of the room which gave the walls beautiful architectural character and making a built-in shelf for displaying knick knacks.  <br /> We have lived in our house for over twenty-five years and we have to say that Nathyn was one of the best contractors that we have ever used. He was able to tackle any problem that he encountered in our older home (built in 1958) and paid attention to many small details. <br /> His knowledge of and dedication to his work was something we haven't seen in a while. Also, If a small problem arises he will not "nickel and dime" you. He only does one job at a time which may mean a short wait, but his work is worth waiting for; we already have a project lined up for the spring! <br /> In closing we would like to say that we highly recommend Designer Developments not only for the outstanding work that Nathyn does, but also because he is true to his word and goes above and beyond the contracted work. He takes pride in the final outcome of the job almost as if it were his own house. <br />"

"Excellently! Redid house in beveled western red cedar , top of the line Anderson windows and double front doors. He als fixed a roof issue that no one was able to correct! John and his crew were always punctual and very professional Work was meticulous extremely clean work site always He was very creative suggesting ways to enhance outcome When you compare his price to others realize he only uses the finest of materials no short cuts taken! We are so pleased with the outcome we will use him again on another job next summer.
