Once he was done, the garage door open and closed properly, along with being quieter than ever before. He discounted us because we are seniors and he told us he even discounts veterans, policemen, and firemen. The next day, I realized my new weather stripping would not work on the adjustments Jimmy completed to make the garage door work better. When I called Jimmy to discussed, he said he would come back the next morning. He was there early and adjusted the framing and the garage door more to make the new weather stripping fit perfectly. Jimmy told us that if we needed him to come out again, he would have no problem because he wanted to make sure we were satisfied customers. Now tha is customer service.
