"Options explored in detail & selection of unit was made by me. The proposal was sent out after an onsite inspection. Vendor identified that additional ductwork was not needed which another bidder was anxious to replace at a much higher cost. Terms and conditions were agreed upon in writing. Installation was performed the following week and an onsite inspection was made by a reliable source, since I could not do so myself from my home in Illinois. The service met and exceeded my expectations."

Don ( owner) was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He does not work on commission so the quote I received was very reasonable. The installation was flawless.
