The job manager, Eric, was excellent at communicating about the work and steps needed to complete the job. Wilber's even helped to order the doors that they needed to install from a local vendor they recommended. You could not ask for more in terms of craftsmanship, communication, and consideration. For example, the workers even returned after the job to clean up an inconsiderate bird that treated my newly painted white house like a personal toilet. "They have become like family! During the last 20 years they have done many projects on our main home as well as our beach house. Kitchens, all of the bathrooms, the entire first floor and second floor of our main home, and the first floor of the shore home. All of the projects over the years were met with the same commitment and professionalism that anyone would expect. The entire team including the sub-contractors were pleasant, hard working, skilled, and extremely neat, there was never a mess to deal with. Inspectors not only passed his work consistently, but many remarked on the high quality of the work. In more than one instance he has worked for those inspectors. We just recently discussed a project on a lake home were purchasing in the spring. Over these years we have seen all of the work he is completed, too many to mention but every one of them came out amazing. Their list of references are many and each one is impeccable. Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."
