Consequently they are the only company we've worked with a second time. They are extremely professional. Their standards for quality workmanship are very high and they do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. They have a strong network of suppliers and whether Nathan or Mike is leading your project, they make you feel like your project is their top priority. They have a lot of experience and offer great ideas for layouts and solutions when a problem needs to be solved. And they are great with communication. They keep you informed as to what's happening and they respond quickly if you have a question or want to talk about the work in progress. "I hired Art General contractor to redo my kitchen floor. It was ruin by a leaky fridge. They suggested to go with waterproof flooring. They spend extra time to make sure everything was perfect before they left. Will be calling them again when I finish the bottom floor."

Our project had a unique challenge that arose once we learned that our house was deemed a historical property by the city. He was flexible in scheduling as we waited on the city to approve our plans. Everything moved very quickly as his team built the addition. The entire building crew and subcontractors Jeremiah used were professional and polite and worked with us. Overall, I would use Bridgestone Construction again and recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor."

"We interviewed many contractors for this job. In the end, it boiled down to the good rapport with Nathan. On the plus side, his work is beautiful and his workers always showed up as promised. He never quibbled about some concerns we had throughout. But, we were up sold some work, (which we likely needed anyway) but were under the gun to make a decision and had to haggle under those conditions. Also, he sometimes requires multiple messages to get a response. Overall, very, very pleased with results and recommend to anyone."

"Wanted to take a couple minutes out of the day to say thank you to SoCal Builders&Design particularly to our contractor, Ilan. He did a great job completing our ADU conversion. Ran into a major hick up due to the whole COVID19 issue but he kept us informed and ensured that work did not stop once construction started. Ilan kept us informed of how the whole process was going to be from start to finish. He did not go over our set budget and numbers didn’t change from what our initial contract was. Even after the job was completed he continued to follow up to ensure everything was good and ensured that he sent out his workers for any small issues that may had come up. Ilan was a very friendly and reliable person. We are very grateful for his help with this home improvement project. "I couldn’t be happier with Amir, I am glad that I found him. I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. I’ve had to be on top of them just to get the work done, they would usually show up when it was time to get paid. I had lost faith with all contractors, that is until I found Amir. He is the opposite of what I’ve dealt with, professional, to the point, honest and works cleanly. He recently paved a four garage driveway. He got the job done so quick, that my head still spinning, not only that, when I showed him the respective area, he took the measurements, got on his phone to run some numbers, and made an impromptu quote. We picked the dates and the job got done. No B.S. no chasing after Amir. DONE!!. He is currently working on a historical home for me. I will come back and add additional details about my experience with Amir once the whole job is completed, but, as of right now, I am extremely happy. The work is getting done, and quickly. The foundation work started with in a couple of days after we signed the contract. If this was a different contractor, I can positively say that I would still be waiting for the work to begin. If you want to have a horrible experience, do not hire Amir, because you will only have a good, professional experience. Amazing work Amir."
