"It is so rare that we see someone with anything near to this level of expertise, dedication, and value for any home construction or service job. This guy is the real deal, honest and professional. He does what he loves, and he loves what he does, and in doing so provides REAL value for his specific niche. Explained everything and every charge beautifully down to the last detail. We had estimates that were much higher, but he was so principled about explaining what was necessary that we were able to actually save money. We had purchased an older house, and the attic ducts were crushed and a spaghetti mess, making the vents dusty, moldy, and impossible to clean. He redesigned and replaced the ducts for an incredibly reasonable cost, focusing only on what was needed. He did all the work himself and was very careful to keep the workspace clean and tidy. There’s a bit of a delay to get him to be able to come to assess your home, but boy, was it worth it!!! Boyd Services was the most incredibly professional service I’ve hired in all my years from HomeAdvisor or Angie’s Service. We’re talking 2 decades of home services. If I could give him a hundred stars I would. We are super happy we hired him instead of the other folks."

"Very disappointed in this service guy was there all of 5-10mins per my tenant. He stated he sprayed vents for mold, told me he sprayed all vents and the tenant told me one room was locked so how did he spray. Also had another services come out the next day for the same service and was told the previous company (Coop) did not do anything. Charged me 300$ for basically NOTHING! Also tenant sent me a video of him turning her camera around when there was not a vent near her camera I am guessing to hide the fat that he did NOTHING! No invoice demanded Zelle so I can?t get my money back! Highly disappointed!"
