The install process felt very white glove, with runners deployed left left my floors and freshly painted walls without a mark. JD was very professional and personable, taking the needed time to do the install correct the first time. Further, I had one minor issue which they followed up on until the work was done.  I am quite pleased to see a company stand behind their work product and provide continuing customer service in a positive way.  I will also note the plumbers were very meticulous about leaving a clean worksite--they even went back into the hot attic to remove debris and trash left by some other contractors.  When removing the old water heater, Texas Quality Plumbing came with a very large bag to ensure the old water heater didn't drip or leave carpet stains--this is something I really appreciate as past plumbers didn't provide such service.  In terms of price, I paid exactly what was quoted and nothing more.  Thank you Texas Quality Plumbing.
