While checking things out he pointed out a couple of items that need attention before there might be a significant problem: like most of the door hardware had loose bolts and rollers need oiling. I was not happy with the door spring tension, which said he could adjust. I gave the go ahead on tensing the door springs and taking care of the hardware. Granted there was a cost, but I found the door much easier to operate. Daniel was very friendly and courteous."
