"Our 23 year old water heater finally bit the dust yesterday. I put in a request for quotes through Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and within 10 minutes Andy from Still Waters is calling me back. He was able to give me a quote over the phone just by texting him a few pictures of the old water heater. He was able to come out the same day (Saturday) to make the replacement. Andy was extremely professional and efficient. The overall cost was very fair, especially for being an emergency call on a Saturday. Because it was the weekend he had to purchase the water heater at one of the big box stores (Home Depot). When he unboxed the heater it had a dent on the side of the unit, which was no fault of his. Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."

"I called Jack L Woods Plumbing Company on 3/25/2017 about replacing our leaking gas water heater. They set up a job appointment for 3/28/2017. The two expert technicians arrived on time, removed the old gas water heater and a fair amount of old plumbing, and then furnished and installed a Bradford White 40-gallon gas Power Vent water heater (including setting up the required Columbus City permit, with the successful city inspection being done later on 4/12/2017). This installation included installing a water heater safety pan with drain, and replacing the existing water heater expansion tank. We had a highly-rated provider in this field spend two hours with the chandelier, only to tell us the wiring was bad and we'd have to run a new, external wire along the ceiling and wall. It took Craig twenty minutes to properly diagnose the problem--and fix it! We've had lots of people look at the bathroom fixture and no one could figure out how the cover came off. Craig figured it out. We're going to be taking the fixture to our new location and we're going to have Craig install it. He's very pleasant to work with.
