The sales Rep Michael was very thorough in explaining everything about the choices and the product. Very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Our installer Brian Vosburgh, was amazing. He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! We are thankful West Shore chose Brian to do our install and we love our new walk in shower. Thank you Brian Vosburgh! "We had older, cracking ceramic tile with dirty grout. Paulo and his team told us about an excellent solution, which was a vinyl covering that looks like wood. They installed the solution, including adding a quarter round transition to existing carpet and baseboard. They moved several bookcases, a refrigerator, range, dining table, and washer/dryer. They did an excellent cleanup. We could not be more pleased. They were very professional, and quite pleasant to work with."
