"Had already scheduled a Monday appointment with another company when Anthony contacted me mid-afternoon on Thursday. I was not happy about waiting til Monday to have my dryer checked out. He told me he could have a technician at my house Friday morning! Naturally, I jumped at that. Derek called me 15 minutes prior to his arrival, first thing this morning. He was polite, professional, and extremely efficient! Pleasant to talk with and did not seem to mind me "hoovering' to see what was going on. He very quickly identified then fixed the issue (no heat). Wonderful customer service and very, very reasonably priced. Derek did the preventative maintenance on my Samsung dryer while he had it all open. I very highly recommend this company...I couldn't be happier with their communication and quality of work! "Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.

"Overall, we were very pleased with the workmanship, professionalism, speed and honesty we received from Moshe and Precise Home Builders.  I would highly recommend Moshe and Precise.  Moshe is a businessman and also a General Contractor.  You could tell he knew what he was talking about when he made his pitch.  I thought his presentation was excellent and his 3D rendered drawing of the kitchen sold us on the job. 

His foreman Gabi was excellent and very polite and forthcoming with information.  The overall quality was excellent of the job.  The Kitchen and Wood Floors were the best.  The floors came out brilliant and the kitchen was beautiful.   They volunteered a bunch of extras when we needed it.  On a couple of occasions, we asked for something and needed to pay the difference.

During this job, there were several hiccups, but Precise corrected any issue that came up immediately.  Even several months after the completion of the project, on two separate occasions, they came back to correct a couple minor problems that came up at no extra charge.  They were at the house fixing the problem within a day or two of calling them on the problem.

One of the biggest things I really appreciated from Precise is that they allowed me to work without disturbing me.  I have a very busy schedule and they were able to accommodate my schedule and meet with me during my times off.  Sometimes, this would be in the morning before work and sometimes in the evening.  Another thing was they were able to complete the project ahead of schedule.  They had originally estimated around 8 weeks, but they completed the project in about 6 weeks.

A few of suggestions to the potential client:

1. Make sure you know (have a general idea) of you want to do in your project before you meet with Moshe.  Or, if not before, within few days after you meet with him. Moshe will meet with you several times before they present their offer.  Write down a list of all the items you need or think you need and make sure it is on Precise?s bullet list of items before you start the project.  You may consider having someone else look at the list that has had previous construction work done.    Moshe will try to come up with a list of everything he thinks you need for your project, but it is up to you to add things that may have been left off or remove things you don?t want.  If not, this could result in a change order later on.  If you sign, you will have a few days to go over the list and add/remove items on their list.

1. They move real fast, so be prepared to make a lot of the payments real fast.  In the first two weeks of the project, we had to make approximately 60% of the payments.

Also, make sure you make all your selections (additional purchases/orders) shortly after you sign.  Order everything you need from your end within the first few days of the project.  Some large appliance may need to be special ordered and could take 2-3 weeks.  This also includes doors, and other things too.  You will need to move fast too to keep up with Precise.

"I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews.  Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first.  The work done overall was good, however...

The clean-up was poor.  There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles.  I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is.  When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here).  The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already.  I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items.

He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt.  The work was decent enough.  I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. 

Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide.  And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."
