"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."

"Although this sounded like a simple job it really turned out to be a major pain. The cable outlet in our new house was located almost dead center on the living room wall about 8' off the floor. We called 4 different companies to find out about moving it to a more practical location. Two never showed up and the other two gave us quotes of over $500 - We tried it ourselves - what a mess!! Pulling cable is something for an expert to do - At that point we needed the cable moved and a giant hole in the wall patched. <br /> We went to Angie's List - found Rick Holdridge, who has a very good rating. We played a bit of phone tag and he came by and gave us a really reasonable quote. It did take a few weeks for them to get to us because they're pretty busy. but when his crew showed up they did a great job in no time at all, they were polite, cleaned up and didn't even mind our crazy dogs. <br /> so, if you don't mind waiting a bit - these are a great group to work with! <br />"
