"Linda was great. She asked that I show her all of the plumbing involved and asked for as much information about the situation as I could. After a burst pipe in the cold winter of 2014 (which we fixed on our own), our shower was still not working. Linda assessed the situation quickly, had the necessary part with her, and fixed it in  short amount of time. I think she took less than an hour total, and the shower is working great. Linda was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I hope we have no further problems in the plumbing area, but if we do, I know who to call."

We got several bids and they seemed the most knowledgeable and you can tell they are used to doing more recent contemporary work so he would be able to handle the job we wanted done. Everything they have done so far has been great. When they leave, you don't even know that they were there (which is very unusual). I would recommend them. We are very happy and will have them come back to do other work as well. Their work is top notch. I don't think it could get any better. They had our bid completed within two days and have been very responsive."

"<p>I am a landlord who lives in another town so I am at a disadvantage.  The tenant said the toilet was 'rocking' back and forth.  I have had Allied Plumbing and Heating fix things before at this residence, so I called them.</p> <p>Apparently, the plumber did find that the toilet was not properly installed.  There was a gap between the drainage of the toilet and the floor.  I was lucky no leaks occurred.</p> <p>The plumber did properly fix the gap and things have been working OK.  The job was in Dec 2015 and it is Feb 2016.</p> <p>I really like this company - I just think they are expensive.  But - for the town of Springfield - I guess that price is common.</p> <br />"

"The employee, which I found out to be the owner Shawn burgess, decided that me asking for my mom to be there to approve and supervise the work was not good enough for him. He proceeded to call me, a 19 year old girl must I add, "white trash" "fat" "bi**h" and so many things because me and my mom live in a trailer because after some family trouble we have fallen under hard financial time. He then saw I was wearing a USN necklace for my fiancé who is active military and told me "he must have joined to get away from whites trash loser like you" and saying he was dating me out of pity and must not have been able to make it to college so military was his only option. I thought this was completely uncalled for. Not only being a rude unprofessional grown man to a teenage girl, but to then turn around and insult our troupes and from the owner nonetheless. He is unprofessional and rude. Save your time and money (and your dignity) and go with a more respectful business. <br />"
