We were doing an entire bathroom remodel which entailed a demo day down to studs and removing the tile floor, an old shower and making it into a closet; removing a Jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a tiled walk-in shower; removing a large vanity and replacing it with a new one with quartz countertop; and replacing the floor with LVT tiles. It was extensive. I have to say, from day one of the remodel to the last day, Mark and his team went above and beyond our expectations! The only "hiccup" was a delay from an outside manufacturer on the glass wall for the shower. Besides that, it was a smooth process that went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Mark and his company for ANY remodel job you may have. As he told us at the first appointment "I may not be the lowest cost, and I won't be the highest, but I will be fair and everything will be done according to your wishes." He was so right! This will be the only company in the area that I will call if I need anything else done with our home."

"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."
