"We were pointed in the direction of Perry Bros by multiple people who had hired them for home renovation projects in the past. We had done several smaller projects "DIY" but when it came to knocking down several walls to renovate our kitchen, we knew we wanted to hire trusted professionals. We had looked at 2 other contractors before deciding to proceed with Perry Bros. Every member of the crew was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We lived in the house during construction and the crew did a great job keeping the work area clean after each day of work. There were several situations throughout the project that required us to change and adapt our plans. Each time, the Perry Bros crew provided helpful guidance and recommendations. There were a few scenarios where they helped accommodate slight changes to stay within our budget. We were very pleased with how everything turned out, and would definitely hire Perry Bros again in the future."

"This was our second major project with DiOrio Builders in the past 3 years. We are very happy with the way that both projects turned out. The most recent project was a garage conversion into a four season family space. James was the primary on all work. The craftsmanship was solid and the finish work was beautifully done, which was important because of the detail and hardwood used in the space."

"House repairs Carlos and the team are truly great! I am writing to express my satisfaction with the work done by the Carlos and team who fixed my house trims and painted parts of my house. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the results are outstanding. The carpenters were very professional and experienced. They took the time to listen to my needs and make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. The team fixed all of the damaged trim around my house. They replaced the rotted wood, patched the holes, and painted the trim to match the rest of the house. They were also very careful to protect my property and to clean up after themselves. "After our home flooded, Pedro and his team completed a full renovation of our condo. The final result was beautiful. We were very impressed with his electrician and hardwood flooring subcontractor. The scope of our project grew from completing necessary repairs to undertaking a full renovation, which Pedro handled well. We appreciated his advice along the way as we were new to this--he has a good eye for design and steered us in the direction we were looking for. Pedro was accessible and communicative during the process and is professional, personable, and a pleasure to work with. Pedro was kind and thoughtful--with several very special touches for our young kiddo, which we appreciated so much."
