"Replacement of 2 heating and a/c systems. Went very well. Professional, courteous, and thoughtful."

"We installed a Fujitsu mini-split A/C and heat pump because installing duct work was not an option. The entire process from getting a quote to completing the installation couldn't have been any better. Joe went over the full scope of the project including the ramifications if any additional work was needed. I don't think one could find a better HVAC company than Airco!"

"I've used this company for a few years, beginning with an issue I had where I needed some emergency assistance with an a/c system leaking water into the house. They fixed the issue and it cost far less than I thought it would. I've also used them for a couple heating repairs, annual furnace cleaning and a/c maintenance. I am about to hire them again since the a/c system is dying and it will need replacement since it's more than 20 years old. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone in need of a good HVAC/Heating company."

"He came pretty quickly when we had an emergency, fixed the problem without charging extra, then noticed a future problem and was able to fix it. On the whole a pretty good experience!"

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"CS Plumbing and Mechanical did an amazing job installing a new heating system with hot water. They were courteous, clean, efficient and professional. I highly recommend and would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs."

"Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"The ownder was extremely knowledgeable and I felt that I could trust him. He ended up repairing my system by installing a part instead of then entire motor saving me a lot of money. I would hire him again."

"I came down stairs yesterday morning to water pouring through my kitchen light ceiling cams and flooding the floor. I saw that it was a leak coming from intake water line to a toilet not often used. Bryce and Andrew were here within 4 hours and replaced the intake line in both 2nd floor toilets with updated hoses. They were excellent...thorough, neat and professional! Great job!"
