Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

Had to request for a breakdown invoice Charged him $4k for a 4 hour job that was not done properly as the basement re flooded again. Gave me a run around for 3 weeks to get a breakdown on the invoice. As you can see from the screenshot.poor work Watch out for these guys. They don’t get the job done and they overcharge. We had to also pay for their the permits they were suppose to already have. And also pay for the rental truck and fuel! Second image is from the basement re flooded again after work was done"

He transformed our measured drawings into a precise reality: a spacious square shower next to a tall, deep closet built above the wainscot walls using three Ikea door panels, with ample room for a rolling cart, laundry basket, and more in our master bathroom. He oversaw the installation of a large medicine cabinet, positioned just 7/8 of an inch from a tiled wall to accommodate a towel ring and an outlet, while improving ventilation in our second bathroom's washer-dryer area. We're grateful that Rubem's team coordinated with our vanity countertop contractor to ensure perfect alignment of faucets, access panels, and backsplashes.
