The technicians were well dressed (in uniforms), drove company trucks with logos, used masks and foot protection to respect the house and the client, gave written quotes along with professionally printed company information. All the signs pointed to “highest quote” and my mind was screaming it the whole time. Even with the overhead, they ended up being the lowest cost. They maintained professionalism throughout the install and included all services (needed new electrical service run for a mini-split that we were adding).
