The first air test after the treatment did not bring the desired results, and Chad came out one week later for a second test. One week after this test, we got the result, which showed still a low level of Basidiospores (850) and Chaetomium (150). The company agreed to come out for another test in 3 months to see what the status will be at this time, i.e. do another air test - free of charge. Their service was great, and Joshua was very knowledgeable about the whole subject of mold and gave us very good advise. To up our rating to 5 stars I want to wait until we have another air test done in November. Overall, our experience with Pure Maintenance of Georgia was very good. Definitely preferable to the conventional methods of ripping out half of the basement."

His work is meticulous and his advice is always reasoned, measured, and 100% accurate. He's a nice guy and someone I trust implicitly. Specifically, he cut out sheetrock and mud due to asbestos issues and his cuts and containment were perfect. He even managed to save some of our tiles for future use!
