At two feet they were crawling on their bellies. "Overall experience was good and I would hire them again. If I could give half stars, I would've given 4.5 but wouldn't let me. No issues with the people at all. They were all very nice, polite, and professional. They seemed to have a few glitches with their backend scheduling system that sent invalid appointment times, repeat times, etc. The initial over the phone quote was 50% too low. After they came out, they adjusted up. The cavity that needed filling, was larger than they thought which increased the price another 50%. Don't see how they could've known that so no worries there. I just feel like they could've said up front hey if this isn't enough material to fill it we'll need more money to continue."

"Jose DID NOT follow house plans as far as laying out foundation. He failed first footing inspection on garage, made one garage door opening 9 feet wide and the second 11 feet wide had to show him on plan that garage had two 10 foot openings. Had to tell him to put in fifth support collumn under rear deck, he had only four, he had bath drain to close to wall where closet was to go, had him move it over three feet like on plans. He poured the concrete for slab on garage, bedroom, bath, dining room and courtyard without county approval, we had to have an engineer inspection that cost us $1,500.00 to get approved. Bedroom slab is seven inches shorter than it is suppose to be, all the footings on basement room foundation are not in line with the plans and no verticle rebar in footings for cmu blocks to go on to for strength of foundation walls. I had to fire Jose and his crew, he left to see his mom for two weeks, whole project was on hold for a little over a month. Money Awful company."

"Francisco Gomez started the job until day #2, He stated that he can't grade the three sided out of the four sided property because he does not have the heavy equipment (dozer) to do the slopes. He only has the small machine to finish up the driveway. He should have told me that from the beginning so that I would not have hired him. I already gave him $3,600 & he only gave me back $300. I would like an additional refund of $ 1,000. He only did partial grading for driveway & move the mulch in the back part of the property. There was no gravel or cement installed."

"These people are nothing but rotten no good theives. Chris took a down payment of $2100 from my parents to get materials for a fence 2 months ago, now he will not come do the work. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. If you want your work to actually get done and not be screwed over go with another company. GFY Chris"
